I gotta work on blogging more often. I'm sure people get frustrated when they come to read my blog and there's nothing new to read. I would get annoyed with such a thing.

We're heading to NJ tonight to visit Scott's family. We are hoping to leave by 5 or 6 and get to Salem by 10 or so. That will only happen if we hit zero traffic, so we'll see. We're staying with Rob & Jeanine tonight, meeting Rodger & Sam for breakfast in the morning, then heading to his mom's after breakfast. Not sure what the plan is once we get to her house, but I think we'll be going out to dinner and visiting his cousins.

I've started reading The Purpose Driven Life by Rich Warren. My dad gave it to me back in the spring, and I never got around to reading it until now. So far it is good, and I've heard great things about the book.

I'm trying to work out my Christmas vacation. I will have to work on the 30th, probably, but I might be able to take off the rest of the 2 weeks surrounding the holidays. I'm excited, because I was afraid I wouldn't be able to take off at all. We need to figure out when we'll be going to NJ and all the logistics. Every year, we've had to travel on Christmas Day, and I hope we don't have to do that this year. We'll see.
